Rick Fong’s Journey with Primerica
Regional Vice President Rick Fong joined Primerica in 2002 after spending 14 years running his own Chinese bistro, The Great Wall Express. Rick’s decision to leave the restaurant business and pursue a career with Primerica was driven by a personal experience that opened his eyes to the disparities in financial services. He realized that businesses like his, which were considered "too small to service," were often neglected by traditional financial institutions.
This experience ignited Rick’s passion for helping people, especially those who are underserved by the financial industry. He now dedicates his career to teaching families the fundamental financial concepts that can help them protect their income, reduce debt, and build a solid financial foundation.
Rick’s humble beginnings in a small Milwaukee ranch home have shaped his approach to life and business. He believes in being genuine, authentic, and down-to-earth with his clients, guiding them to financial success through education and a personalized strategy.
